Mindfulness for ALL is a self-paced online course with full one-on-one mentorship. The course offers practical steps on how to be mindful and focused during the day. Mindfulness practice teaches us how to be in the present. MRI studies on mindfulness and brain neuroplasticity indicate that learning to be in the present is beneficial to our health.
